This home is the perfect summer retreat! Get away from it all while taking in the mountain views from the large windows or outdoor entertaining areas. There are unobstructed views of Engineer Mountain, which is a 13,000 ft peak.
You can hike or bike all over the place - literally right out the back door. Missionary Ridge - part of the San Juan National Forest - has hundreds of acres of trails (such as Stevens Creek, Mountain View Crest), plus Wallace Lake and Henderson Lake.
After a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub off the master bedroom deck. Afterwards, have a cookout on the large patio, then roast some marshmallows over a campfire. It's all here for you!
Note: There is an on-site caretaker who maintains the lawn, gardens, exterior. He occupies the lower level of the house (laundry room on this level) and has a separate entrance.
