Great cozy mountain home keeps you cool in the summer since it is nestled in the Aspen and Pines and is at a higher elevation than downtown Durango. Relax in the hammock, on the large deck or in the hot tub. The wood stove will keep you warm on chilly winter nights after a fun day of skiing at Durango Mountain Resort. Open main level floor plan makes for fun family gatherings. Both bedrooms plus the full bath are upstairs. There is a little loft with a twin bed, as well (not suitable for small children).
